Payment Terms:

1. SBLC MT-760 (As per our approved verbiage) with Equivalent value of ONE MONTH'S QUANTITY to act as Payment Gularantee. Payment must be transferred to CIT within Five (05) Banking Days via MT 103 TT when goods reach at the DESTINATION PORT.
2. 100 % Irrevocable, Transferable. Confirmed LC MT-700 at Sight as per Our Approved Verbiage.
3. 2% Performance Bond will ONLY be issued with above two payment condition.
4. No Performance Bond with Non-Transferable LCs.

Mode of Payment:

a) 100% IRREVOCABLE, CONFIRMED TRANSFERABLE, LETTER OF CREDIT ISSUED UNDER MT-700.

b) After the first lot of the agreed quantity is delivered, the said INSTRUMENT will be automatically revolved                / renewed for the next lot of as agreed and so on till the time total.

5. Country Destination: CIF
6. Port Discharge: CIF
7. Trans-Shipment: Shall be allowed.
8. Partial Shipments: Shall be allowed. Partial Shipment shall be allowed to set the procedures before start of regular bulk supplies in different lots as agreed between buyer & seller.
9. Shipment: First Delivery to start 25-30 days after receiving INSTRUMENTS by the Bank of the Seller and thereafter 15-20 days for regular deliveries excluding sailing time.
10. Inspection: Inspected by International Inspection by SGS at the Seller's Expense at port of loading.
11. Shipping Documents:

Seller will provide the following shipment documents:

11. • Commercial Invoice (each signed in original and stamped by seller) showing the commodity name, Letter of Credit Number, Quantity Loaded, Invoice Value and Loading port.
    • Inspection Certificate of weight and quality, issued by Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) (or other similar recognized independent inspection company), at port of loading at the cost of the Seller showing kind, quality and quantity shipped evidencing that goods are in full conformity with specifications and conditions mentioned in present contract.
    • Shipping Company statement confirming that the age vessel does not exceed twenty (20) years, seaworthy and first-class P&I club covered insurance certificate.
    • Certificate of origin issued by or endorsed by chamber of commerce of the country.
    • Packing list showing gross/net weight.
    • Bill of Lading / Switch Bill of Lading.
    • Beneficiary's Certificate confirming that copies of all shipping documents were sent to buyer's bank and the hard copies have been sent by Courier Express or similar.
12. Contract Period: 12 (twelve) Months.
13. Price Validity: 3 (three) Bank Working Days.
